Steve leads the fixed income group responsible for managing over $7 billion of institutional and high net worth portfolios. He joined Howson Tattersall in 2003 as a Portfolio Manager, having spent the previous 4 years managing fixed income portfolios at Agilerus Investment Management Ltd. His 13 years of investment management experience also includes roles as a bond trader, corporate credit analyst and money market manager at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Steve has a BA and an MBA from York University, and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

As Portfolio Manager, Money Market, Felix is responsible for all money market mandates. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Felix's background includes serving as Assistant Vice President in Credit at the Canadian subsidiary of a major Japanese bank, where he analyzed lending transactions to large Canadian corporations. Prior to this, he worked in Hong Kong as an analyst for the same bank conducting industry research in Asia. Felix has been with Howson Tattersall since 1999.

Gord assists in the management of the bond and money market funds and conducts corporate credit research. He has a Bachelor of Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, an MBA from York University and the Certified Management Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations. His previous experience includes working as a credit analyst at Dominion Bond Rating Agency and co-managing a $1.5 billion fixed income portfolio for London Life Insurance Company. Gord has been with Howson Tattersall since 1999.

Hovig is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with the Mackenzie Saxon Team, where he is focused on both Canadian income-generating equity and all-cap mandates. Hovig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MBA from York University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Hovig joined Lancet Asset Management in 2001 which merged with Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel in 2003. Prior to that, Hovig spent 4 years at BMO Nesbitt Burns where he analyzed U.S. Equities. In 2010, Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel became part of Mackenzie Financial Corporation.

Gordon is an Assistant Portfolio Manager on the Canadian all-cap equity team. He holds an MBA from York University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Prior to joining Howson Tattersall in 2005, Gordon spent the previous nine years at Altamira Investment Services where he was a member of the firm’s equity team.

Scott Carscallen is Portfolio Manager for Howson Tattersall. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Scott joined Howson Tattersall in 1999, and is responsible for the firm's Canadian Small Cap and Micro Cap investment management mandates.

William joined Howson Tattersall's Canadian small cap team in 2006. He was previously an Equity Analyst at a Canadian independent broker dealer where his coverage universe included real estate, transportation and conglomerate companies. William also led a service-based private business until its sale in 1999. William holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.

Alan is Vice President, Investments at Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel and Lead Manager of the Mackenzie Saxon Global Explorer Class. Prior to joining Mackenzie in 2005, Alan held portfolio responsibilities at Cundill Investment Research Ltd. where he began as an Investment Analyst in 1995. He subsequently became Head of Canadian Equities for several years. From 1998 to 2003, he was Lead Manager of Cundill Canadian Security Fund and Cundill Canadian Balanced Fund. Prior to joining the Cundill team, Alan was an Equity Analyst specializing in small-cap Canadian equities. He holds the Chartered Accountant designation.
